  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    Orders begin production after 24 hours from order date/time. Production time is typically 1-2 business days and then the order is shipped via USPS ground shipping which is typically 3-5 days. A tracking number will be provided once order is shipped. Please note: During holidays or times of high demand, orders may take up 7-10 business days to process. We are not responsible for delays with the USPS.
  • Can I cancel/modify my order?
    Please note we try to be as accommodating as possible, however, all cancellation requests will ONLY be honored within 24 hours of the original purchase date. All orders are made to ship and once your order is in the production window an order can not be canceled. Please reach out to us at if you would like to discuss any additional questions.
  • Return/Exchange Policy
    If you’re here that means that you’ve made a purchase or are thinking about it. First of all, Thank you! Second, if for some reason you are not happy, LET US KNOW! We will do everything we can to make it right, you are family now and we want you to feel Gloryus in your purchase. Refunds and Exchanges will not be accepted over 1 week from delivery date. Not valid on face covering purchases see Mask Policy for more information. If within that time frame please see below: Refunds: If you’ve decided you do not like our product or whatever your reason may be, we are sorry to hear it! Feel free to contact us if you would like to discuss the issue or if you just want to return your order please contact us within 1 week of original delivery date. Please email us at and include your 1) Your order number 2) Item your returning and reason for return Conditions of return: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Merchandise must be in unused condition. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. When we receive the item, it will be inspected and we will process your refund. Please noteReturn Tracking Number is REQUIRED in order to process refunds/exchanges and must be emailed to along with your Original Order number. Exchanges: If you ordered the wrong size, it’s fine it happens. If we sent you the wrong item, WE’RE SORRY! Let us help, here’s how: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a return shipping label for you to send your item back, please ship the order back in original packing in unworn/unused condition within 3 days of receiving label. If we messed up somehow we will ship you the correct item, no charge. Otherwise you’ll just pay shipping to get the correct size you need. Conditions of Exchange:Once exchange label has been created there will be no refunds accepted on the order.
